Affordable Opportunities

Fourteen of the 26 units are available to First Time Homebuyer’s earning up to 80% of the area median income.  Please see the Information Packet for income limits, the definition of ‘first time homebuyer’ and other information.  Applications are being accepted on a first come, first serve basis.
