Affordable Homes

A number of units are offered at lower, fixed prices, and are available to qualified “first time homebuyers” earning up to 80% of the Area Median Income.  Please see the Information Package for income limits, eligibility criteria, and other information.  Applications are being accepted on a first come, first serve basis.
