Box Works Homes will include 26 townhouse style condominiums, including twelve (12) market rate and fourteen (14) affordable rate duplex units. Architecturally, the units combine a classic exterior style with modern interior amenities. Construction features include James Hardie fiber cement siding, which is a long wearing and environmentally friendly alternative to wood, Pella fiberglass windows, and wet-blown cellulose insulation. Roofs have either asphalt shingles or are rubber roofs. Each unit will have one deeded parking spot.

The Box Works market rate condos will feature stainless steel appliances by Frigidaire, red oak flooring, birch kitchen cabinets and granite countertops, ceramic tile bathroom floors, again with birch cabinetry, and a washer/dryer hookup.

The units range from 883 sq. ft. for the smallest two bedroom unit to 1204 sq. ft. for the largest 3 bedroom unit. Market unit prices range from $150,000 to $240,000, including special seller financing. Affordable unit prices range from $112,000 to $161,000.
